• PRMG is a direct lender, and we have been in business since 2001. We help clients in 48 states with our personalized hometown approach to meeting the needs of the community. Our philosophy is to put the customer first and take more of a concierge approach in helping guide our clients through the mortgage process. We are approved by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and are an approved FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, and GINNIE MAE direct lender.
• PRMG’s only business is mortgages. Unlike a commercial bank, we are not limited to one or two standard programs for only the BEST credit risks. As a mortgage banker, we have many market sources to offer our clients in order to secure the lending, not only at a lower interest rate, but also in higher approvals, and more expedited closings. We know that each customer has a special set of circumstances, and our specialty is identifying the right type of loan that meets their needs. In fact, we have products for all types of homes, credit, and income profiles. Our pre-approvals have been vetted through the Fannie/Freddie underwriting system, and are not pre-approvals without substance. We do this in order to provide a more accurate financial representation of the borrower’s purchasing power.
